Step 1: Getting to Know You

We start with a Zoom call or in-person meeting to learn about you and your vision. Every wedding is unique, so understanding your expectations, addressing any concerns, and hearing what matters most is our priority.

Step 2: Booking

Once you’re ready, we’ll finalize everything with a signed contract and a 20% deposit to secure your date.

Step 3: Planning & Preparation

During this time, we gather information and clarify your vision—everything from style to decor. This process helps spark our creativity. We also scout locations and plan ideas for your portrait sessions. Additionally, we help you build a timeline that keeps your day organized and as stress-free as possible. We’re happy to schedule a final meeting before the wedding to review the details, show sample albums, and get excited for the big day!

Step 4: The Wedding Day

On the day itself, our focus is on capturing authentic, unforgettable moments—including the ones you might not even notice. That’s why we’re there: to preserve every detail, big or small. We’re also always happy to assist you throughout the day whenever needed.

Step 5: Sneak Peek

Within 24-72 hours after your wedding, we’ll share a preview gallery featuring the first edited photos or a teaser video. This lets you relive and share the day with friends and family right away.

Step 6: Final Gallery

We take time to carefully edit your full gallery, which we deliver via a private online platform—usually within 10 to 15 weeks, depending on the project size.

Step 7: Custom Photo Book

You select your favorite images, and we design a custom photo book. Once you approve the design and fabric choice, it goes into production. After 2 to 4 weeks, your photo book arrives—a beautiful keepsake to treasure forever.

During the whole ceremony and dinner, we record sound from the DJ’s console. We also use wireless microphones on the groom and the hosts on the ceremony. And of course, our cameras also have additional microphones.

We use a drone when possible to capture the venue. Sometimes we use it during the ceremony, dances, or while taking a walk with you. All of our packages include drone footage, and we aim to capture many shots throughout the day. However, flights in the city, rainy weather, and venues with specific restrictions may prevent us from using the drone.

We carefully select the music for your wedding. Beforehand, we ask you to fill out a form where you can share your music preferences. If you’re not satisfied with the music, feel free to suggest your own, and we’ll replace it. During the wedding, we also pay attention to the music. For example, if musicians perform, we can record their audio and include it in the final video.

Yes, we can send you the raw video footage via Google Drive once we’ve edited the full wedding film. There’s no additional charge for this. Please note, you’ll need a strong internet connection to download 400-600 GB of data. The link will be active for a month.

Alternatively, we can provide an SSD drive with all the video materials for 400€, and we’ll mail it to you. That will allow you to strore your treasure saifly for generations.
